Our stay was absolutely amazing! The guesthouse is exceptionally clean, quiet, and calm—perfect for a relaxing getaway. It is surrounded by beautiful nature, offering a peaceful atmosphere while still being very conveniently located in Bovadzor village, just a short distance from Stepanavan city. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort and scenery. An absolutely amazing, clean, and quiet guesthouse nestled in beautiful nature near Stepanavan

The house we stayed in was clean and had a really cozy, atmospheric interior, and the kitchen was stocked with all the little things you need. The grounds have two houses, a shared BBQ and fire‑pit area, plus some nice lanterns and candles that give the yard a pleasant evening vibe. However, the listing mixed up photos of both houses, which was confusing, and the sauna and panoramic bathtub we were after were actually in the other unit – we only found out on arrival and weren’t offered a switch.
