The hotel’s location is perfect for staying in Torbole, the hotel is very pretty and the breakfast is plentiful. In the evenings you can also dine nicely there and sit by the harbour. Everything is within walking distance. The only thing I didn’t like was that in the late afternoon you can’t order a drink by the harbour side because the tables are already set for dinner and you can only take a seat to eat. I would set three tables later. It would be nice if after a trip, whatever it is, you could still enjoy the day by a drink by the harbour.

The staff were courteous, parking and breakfast were good. The spiral staircase to reach the top floor can be dangerous for some people.

The hotel is beautiful, the staff are helpful, and it sits right on the lake in a lively area, though parking is an issue.

Breakfast was good, the staff were friendly, the location great, and the bathroom very clean, but there were too few new universal outlets in the room and the kettle at its designated spot couldn’t be used.
