Very close to the metro station and supermarket, and everything was excellent.

The entrance to the car park was very close, yet the walk to the platform felt far away. The room’s air‑conditioning let in the smell of oil fumes from a nearby food shop.

Top location, but everything was fine; the room was smaller than expected.

The room was spotless and odor‑free, and they could provide an iron right away when needed; the service was very attentive, with fast check‑in and luggage storage, plus a Chinese‑speaking staff member. It’s just a one‑minute walk from the station and only ten minutes to the bustling Shinjuku area, which is super convenient, and there’s a Lawson and a 7‑Eleven downstairs, so grabbing a midnight snack is never a problem. No negatives to mention.

The room was easy to stay in, but the fridge didn't work well.
