The restaurant and staff were nice, but the bathroom had a foul smell and was dirty. The sheets were heavily stained, and the room wasn’t well kept.

Owners seem to care more about profit than the local residents, and the front desk misled us about the falls— they said it was closed for the season, yet it was actually open.

“Most relaxing three nights I have had for years…”

I had an incredible stay at this hotel, with its beautiful plant walkways, fantastic pool facilities, and an outdoor shower that exceeded my expectations. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel at home, treating me like a close friend rather than just a guest. They were incredibly responsive and made my stay truly unforgettable.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The natural surroundings and secluded beach were truly wonderful, but I did notice some drawbacks. One of the rooms had a strange smell, and the food was hit-or-miss - some dishes were tasty, while others didn't quite suit my taste. Overall, it was an okay stay, but with some areas for improvement.

“It’s a perfect getaway if you want a really quiet place”

The hotel's exclusive beach was a highlight of my stay, offering a serene and peaceful atmosphere. The quiet surroundings and lack of external dining options made it the perfect place to unwind. However, I encountered some issues with the room's shower, and the pool area didn't quite live up to my expectations during the rainy months. Additionally, the last order for food was a bit early, and I had to adjust my sleep schedule to accommodate the hotel's relaxing atmosphere.
