The room was spacious and comfortable, and the location was great with a very good sale price. However, the waste instructions were sparse, cleaning was uneven, the floor had more fine debris than expected, and someone’s used towel was left in a drawer.

Clean and self‑check‑in worked fine at any hour, but after four nights the last morning there was no hot water for an unknown reason.

The room was huge and we had plenty of space for our luggage; a washing machine was handy and the bathroom and toilet were separate, which was convenient. The location was good and the price reasonable. The bed was a little small for two, the air‑con unit needed a proper cleaning, and the lock was tricky to figure out, though that might have been our mistake.

The location, elevator, bathroom, washing machine, and air‑conditioning were all positives. The apartment wasn’t the cleanest; mold was found in the cabinet under the sink, and there was an unpleasant smell upon entry.
