Overall cleanliness was good. The scent was pleasant and not that stale hotel smell. Breakfast was very nice. The shower had some hair in it, which for me is a big no‑no. At 11 pm there was still yelling in the halls and ridiculous romping and stomping above us. I had to call the front desk. Thank goodness whoever it was left for our 2nd night.

Good location. An electric air freshener in the lobby is a problem—synthetic air fresheners are now known to be hormone disruptors, and people with sensitivities have to be exposed, which can be irritating to eyes, nose, throat, and skin. The manager says it’s required by IHG properties. There is no coffee pot in the room. Stains on chairs and curtains. The side doors are banged up and not clean. The room is basic and charging over $200 a night is outrageous! They are price gouging!

Nice beds, breakfast is always good. The TV in my high‑price room was small and the shower doesn’t have much power.
