“Eco xata”

The staff’s service was excellent, the food very tasty, and the facilities comfortable. I’m writing to give constructive feedback about my recent stay from Saturday to the holiday Monday. We chose your hotel because of its promise to provide a tranquil and relaxing environment. Unfortunately, on Sunday that promise was not fulfilled. The high volume of people using the day‑time service left the common areas overcrowded, the pool was unusable due to saturation, and finding a table at lunch was extremely difficult. As a guest paying for accommodation, I expect the facilities to be enjoyable. I believe the hotel should prioritize the guest experience or strictly regulate the day‑time capacity to avoid sacrificing comfort and the promised level of service.

“Puede mejorar”

The hotel was very quiet, perfect for resting, and the food was delicious. However, although the concept is eco‑hotel, there is no closet or at least shelves to organize clothes, so we had to unpack the suitcase during the stay because there was nowhere to store items. Additionally, due to the roof construction, some small insects fell onto the bed; a net or something to cover this would be helpful.

“Fabulosa para descansar y desconectarse del ruido de la tecnología”

The natural surroundings, excellent staff service, cleanliness, and the various areas decorated with the same natural theme were all great. The only downside was the lack of a space to organize once the room is handed over and you stay to eat lunch; there is no private spot to shower, clean sand off, and finish packing the suitcase before leaving after lunch.

The place had a nice vibe and comfortable bedrooms, but I kept asking about the guided walks and nobody ever answered me.
