The hotel sits in a fantastic spot, just about 100 m from two different metro stops, the JB and the A. Every day the rooms were cleaned and fresh towels, toilet paper and tissues were restocked. Around the area you’ll find supermarkets like Seven Eleven and Lawson, plus a variety of restaurants. The value for money is excellent. The only downside was that the air‑conditioning dropped to 20 °C at night; I guess if we had told the manager they would have fixed it.

The room was beautiful, with wide comfortable beds and a large bathroom, and the reception staff were very friendly. Check‑in and check‑out were quick, and we could buy breakfast and lunch on the spot. After checking out, we could lock our luggage on the ground floor. Every day towels were changed and the room was cleaned. The room had USB sockets and fast Wi‑Fi. The hotel is very close to train and bus stations. The only minor issue was that some clothes‑lines seemed to be missing; otherwise everything was perfect.

The location was very good and the price was fair. The room, however, was extremely small (typical for Tokyo but still on the smaller side) and the bed and pillows felt very firm, which was just a little too hard for my taste.

Breakfast is delicious. The room décor resembles the Tokyo metro, and the self‑check‑in and check‑out by robots is interesting. The staff helped us with our luggage and answered our questions. The location is ideal. No negatives.
