The price was very reasonable for a location close to all events, Sudanese and Ethiopian Arabic restaurants, and cultural venues; you can walk to the airport if you don't have much luggage, the nightlife is loud, but you can just stay on the balcony and enjoy the atmosphere and watch life flow. The pillows were a bit hard and there was no mosquito net on the windows.
