I stayed in a spacious room at the back of the hotel and it was very quiet when we were there; the beds were good and the food was of decent quality, with special consideration given to my low‑carb diet. The only downside was the plastic flowers in the outdoor pots—real plants would have been a lot nicer.

The room was modernly furnished and spotless, and the breakfast buffet was excellent, but the bathroom water took an eternity to heat up; if you’re okay with a cold shower and a quick rinse, it’s fine.

The weather was fine, but our stay was marred by extremely unfriendly and unwelcoming hotel staff; instead of a courteous greeting, the four of us (two rooms) were treated condescendingly, even a simple “Good day” felt excessive. Hospitality and respectful treatment of guests seemed to be lacking here. We paid for the rooms but did not use them and left on the same day. It would have been a nice weekend if the staff had been more polite and professional. I cannot recommend this hotel.
