Pathetic hotel, very bad experience. I had to leave immediately after check‑in because it was so dirty, smelly, and unhygienic. The worst hotel I have seen; the public toilets are better than this.

I recently had a terrible experience with the hotel's check-in process. Despite having a confirmed booking, they denied me a room, claiming they hadn't received the confirmation. This led to me cancelling my stay and making alternative arrangements at my own expense. I'm now requesting a refund as soon as possible.

My recent stay at this hotel was a disappointing experience, mainly due to the significant discrepancies between the online room description and the actual room conditions. The small room size and lack of space to move around were quite frustrating, and the unpleasant toilet smell from the start of my stay didn't help. The absence of an elevator, stained pillow cover, and non-functional overhead shower were just a few of the issues I encountered.
