The staff at the reception was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was nice as well. I mainly booked the hotel for its big swimming pool but it was closed duel to renovations, but I never saw this Information prior booking. The power went off like five times in my room during one full day stay - I understand things like this happen but everytime I had to go downstairs (no lift) to ask at the reception to check it

The pool was amazing – we loved swimming a few laps each morning. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and attentive to everything we needed. The conference food was outstanding.
