The location. I also liked that the room had a small kitchen, including a microwave, fridge and even a stove to cook. The room was dark and there was a lot of outside noise. The glasses and mugs were not clean. The elevator near the room did not work. The TVs had no streaming services.

I was able to stroll to downtown without any trouble, but the electric kettle and the dishes left something to be desired.

The front lobby staff were friendly, the spot was great for walking to shops and restaurants, parking was underground and felt secure; however, the hallways looked dingy, the elevator next to our room was broken, the price felt high for the quality, and the bed was decent but not as plush as an Airbnb.

Canmore’s location is fantastic, yet the beds are uncomfortable, the building feels old and a bit sketchy, and sales associates kept calling the phone number and the room phone while we were on vacation.

The hotel's facilities and services are really varied and excellent, but to be honest, dealing with the head office was a nightmare - they kept switching our booking between two different hotels, which was super stressful.
