The hotel was wonderful – everything was excellent! We had an amazing stay and were extremely satisfied with everything. The rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable, the facilities were excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful. The entertainment programme and activities were varied and enjoyable, with something for both adults and children. The location was also excellent and made our holiday even more enjoyable. It’s clear the hotel truly cares about its guests and pays attention to every detail. Everything was well organised, and we have absolutely no complaints. The hotel exceeded our expectations and we would definitely love to return. Highly recommended!

I had a really good vacation there and was so happy with the staff, attractions, food and everything else. We’re already planning our next trip to Sharm El Sheikh and I recommend Royal Regency Plaza 100 %.

Nothing good. The information from Booking was untrue, the property was dirty in every outlet, the service was poor, and the food was awful. I sent emails to both Booking and the hotel and also called about a small surprise in the room; they assured me I would find it upon arrival, but I found nothing, just a dirty room with grime.

The room was very spacious and the staff were attentive. The beach was beautiful for walking and the water was very clean, suitable for all ages. I didn’t get much information and was disappointed by the lack of a coral reef, the staff were somewhat rude especially at reception, and the cleanliness in the various restaurants and bars was poor.
