“Nice hotel but not for foreign tourists”

We got to the hotel early and the room was ready; it was spacious, comfy, and had a beautiful city view, plus the shower water pressure was great and housekeeping was lovely and helpful. The location isn’t tourist‑friendly because staff spoke little English, the breakfast felt like a waste of money, and the male and female chefs were rude, though the restaurant receptionist was friendly and helpful. The food just didn’t look appealing.

“Muy excelente servicio”

Todo estuvo muy bien, lo único que fue difícil fue la comunicación, no hablan casi inglés y fue difícil comunicarnos. La persona que hablaba un poquito inglés hizo lo posible por ayudarnos. Pero me quedaría sin duda otra vez

I loved how close the hotel is to the city – just 500 meter from metro line 1 – and there were plenty of food spots around. The staff were friendly and helpful, giving me a thumbs‑up vibe.

When I arrived, a male staff member greeted me warmly and everything went smoothly; I enjoyed a nice meal. However, at checkout a different male and a female staff member suddenly refused to accept my payment because they said I wasn’t using euros, acting unkindly and as if my money was counterfeit, which left me feeling oddly uncomfortable and disappointed.

“Good location and comfortable room, but cleanliness was below expectation.”

The hotel’s location is handy for shopping and dining nearby, but the floors and toilet weren’t cleaned as I expected daily service, and the view from level 27 was ruined by dirty windows.
