The staff were very nice, the location was perfect, and everything was clean.

I left my belongings in the locked room and someone from the staff took one of my items (no one else could enter without the key). When I returned to complain, no one gave me any explanation; the only reply was “lost, we can’t do anything.”

I feel very lucky with my stay. The hotel was easy to find and sits in a beautiful, safe area, within comfortable walking distance and with good bus connections to the main attractions. I was also lucky to have my room upgraded to the Michelangelo Hotel, and I can highly recommend it. The bed was incredibly comfortable and soft, the view from the window was lovely, and the room was quiet, peaceful, clean, and very pleasant. Overall, I was very happy with my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.
