水周りが綺麗だった. 2名で泊まったがベッド横のコンセントがUSB刺すのが 1個だった テレビが古め?なのかYouTubeが繋げれなかったのが残念だった。 自分で刺すものを持っていってないのも悪いが。
The spot is ideal, close to the activity center. The staff were very kind and patient, even helping with luggage. The room was clean but really small, offering great value for the price. Come with realistic expectations – the hotel is basic. The bathroom was in the main room, not the shower, and the bed was okay, but we’re used to more pampering in Japan.
“Great hotel needing a renovation that is coming”
The staff were wonderful, the location great, everything was tasteful. The place looks a bit worn, but they’re renovating.
The location is perfect with an exceptional view, right between the train station and Osaka’s lively districts. It’s a very friendly boutique hotel with a rooftop.
“Beautiful river views from some rooms, but similar view can be had free from the windowless rooftop”
The staff were friendly and helpful, just two people I met. The river view from our room, or the free windowless view from the rooftop accessed by stairs from the 6/F lobby, and the lobby itself were all nice. The double room and bathroom were a good size. I really missed the amazing onsens from my previous stays in Tokyo and Kyoto. I felt our double room, though it had a nice river view from the balcony (only one chair), was overpriced for the lack of amenities. Compared to nearby Osaka hotels and my earlier Tokyo and Kyoto stays, The Boly had no onsen or internal F&B. The only food options were a nice-looking sushi place next to the entrance and the minimalist 6/F area beside the reception. Also, the reception oddly sits on the top 6/F, with four rooms on each of the 2/F‑5/F levels.
