“Host inaffidabile struttura vecchia e sporca”

There’s absolutely no shame in the scores not being zero. The building is old and smells of mold. The host only mentioned a dog after booking (non‑refundable) and we had to leave the room on the last night because the dog was loose and growling. I had to find and pay for another hotel at midnight with an 11‑year‑old child. The lady didn’t answer phone calls or messages, and the next day she didn’t even show up to apologize or explain what happened – truly shameful.

The apartment is in a great spot, right in the center. Owner Amelia is very friendly and helpful. Even though we were leaving that evening, she let us leave our stuff in the room on the last day, which was a huge plus. The room is modest but worth the price. The attic room was cold and damp in February. The owner has a very friendly dog, which isn’t a drawback, but it won’t suit people allergic to pets.

It’s hard to describe what we experienced in that apartment. We stayed four nights in a large room with a bathroom on the top floor. The next day after we left the room, we saw the owner’s dog had relieved itself under our doors. We reported it and tried to contact the owner and the man she gave us a number for. Three days passed, the dog still relieved itself under the doors, barked at night, and didn’t eat. We noticed that no one had cared for the dog for days, didn’t take it for walks, it was stressed and thirsty; we gave it water and food left in a cabinet. The kitchen smelled bad, as did the whole apartment because no one cleaned after the dog. When we left, no one came, I hoped someone would take care of the dog. Only after six days did we get a message from owner Amelia saying she was sorry. What if we hadn’t been there? The dog would have gone without water for all those days? That’s not serious. I strongly do not recommend this place. I feel bad for the dog that lives there.

The location and staff were great, and the place was clean. The room matched my expectations. It was a bit chilly, but the blanket was very warm.

Location is really good, it was very easy to get to any touristic place: start excursion, go for a walk, find a bakery or a restaurant. I didn't expect that it would be necessary to go through the living apartment to get the room. Also it was super cold, we had to wait a couple of hours to warm up the room
