Being able to bring pets is a huge plus, and the staff were extremely courteous, leaving me thrilled.

A személyzet kedvessége, segítőkézsége. Egy példa: normálisan reggel 9-től van reggeli, de mivel az utolsó nap már nyolckor indulnunk kellett a repűlőtérre, ezért már 1/2 8-ra elkészítették a MELEG reggelit szokásosan bőségesen. Nagyon jól esett!

The administrators worked well, the hotel feels cozy, it’s close to the city center, the bed is comfortable, and you can use the air‑conditioning or open the window; the breakfasts are tasty.

Overall, the hotel isn’t bad; the laundry service was good and the clothes came dry. However, rooms 1 and 2 on the first floor smelled like sewage, especially room 2 which was disgusting; the carpet looked dirty and possibly smelled. In room 1 the shower vent didn’t work at all. Towels were white but not pristine, and the bed linens were also worn; I didn’t see any bathrobes. For the price of two rooms (which we had booked at a lower rate) I wouldn’t have gone, especially since on Ozon those rooms cost three times more. It’s easier to stay in central Yerevan.
