The spot was great, but the room was still dirty when I got there at 4 pm, and the next day I found hair and crusty bits on the supposedly clean dishes in the kitchen cabinets—really off‑putting.

Access by numbers via their wifi is excellent. All problems were answered by staff promptly! Nothing negative (would certainly recommend & use again).

The place was clean, modern, and a lot better than other London stays I've had, thanks to all the tech conveniences! They kept a coffee, tea, and little kitchen ready for me. But if it were winter and cold or raining, I wouldn’t know where to put wet umbrellas, luggage, or shoes—it's a bit small.

Good space and great location, but the room wasn’t cleaned daily.
