The location is good, cheap and cheerful. A refurbishment would help.

The spot is great. I had excellent communication with the owner about free parking. The room is small but perfect for one person, with a large, comfy bed, a clean and functional bathroom, a kitchen, dining area, teapot, and dishes. I had no complaints. I arrived in completely soaked motorbike gear; the drying wasn’t ideal but it worked.

The location is fine. The welcome call worked well. The shared kitchen and common area were great for eating and working. The shower was tiny with a flimsy curtain, and the owner didn’t show up at check‑in as promised, leaving us waiting for free.

It was close to the train station. We had no napkins for breakfast, no kitchen towels to dry cups and plates, a damp smell throughout the building, bad‑odor bathrooms, and steep stairs.
