The hotel's location right next to the metro was a huge plus
The staff's warm hospitality made up for the uncomfortable beds, making my stay somewhat enjoyable

The breakfast was perfect, though a bit pricey!
The air conditioner was too loud.
It’s close to the MTR, but the check‑in process was bad; I waited an hour for my keys after lining up twice. The room’s humidity was extremely high and uncomfortable, with lots of mold everywhere. They brought a dehumidifier when I called the front desk, but even with it on the humidity stayed at 78% inside the room.
