“A fuir, C'est trop cher! C'est repoussant. Je m'étonne qu'un tel établissement existe.”

Nothing! No breakfast or a guide to a café. No towel in the room. A nameless bazaar at reception. The description doesn’t match reality. The toilet door closes with a hook! No shower on the floor! Not clean. 93 € for that is outrageous. The hotel isn’t signposted on its façade. For 2–3 times cheaper with a better breakfast it’s better to stay at a youth hostel where you’re welcomed with a smile and a nice note. It’s really an unpleasant experience.

The location was close to the city centre. The staff was nice. I got a hair dryer at the reception. The one shower on our floor was out of service, so we had to go to another floor. The shower was mouldy. The place was not very clean. It was cold in the room and the AC cable was too short to plug it in. There was no light in the toilet in our room, and I reported that to the reception—they didn’t do anything about it. I understand that this was the cheapest place in the area—prices are really crazy nowadays—but at least you could properly clean the rooms. Oh last but not least, when I booked a room it showed me a photo of the room we would get, and we got a completely different room.

The location is very good; it’s an area with a lot of atmosphere. At night there is a lot of noise. The rest is fine for the price.

There was nothing. The whole hotel deserves a renovation.
