There was no staff at all during our stay. We had no one to ask for anything, no help at all. It was just us and the room.

The place was in a great spot, close to the center and the beach, and the rooms were nice with all the needed furniture. But it wasn’t cleaned – dead flies were hanging out between the curtain and the terrace door, and the TV didn’t work in any of the three rooms. I called the owner twice, he said he’d come but never did, and the only person who checked us in disappeared after handing us the keys. It was a very unpleasant experience.

The hotel is close to the center of Ravda, which is a plus. However, it was noisy all day, especially between 2 and 4 pm, and the hygiene left a bit to be desired.

“Newly renovated place for stress-free stay”

The newly renovated apartment is in a quiet area, with no staff to bother you, a new bathroom, fresh towels, and good WiFi. The host was responsive, answering my messages within an hour. The only downside was that the pillow was a bit hard for me, but the mattress was good.

“Big disappointment and non existent owners!”

The location was fine, but the check‑in was a nightmare: the address on the app was wrong, no one was at the building, and the owners’ phones were off. I had to wait on the street for over half an hour before a lady from the upper floors finally appeared, speaking only Russian and saying she was a friend of the owners. The room they gave us was messy, the fridge was off, the bathroom drain smelled, and the shower water was lukewarm.
