The only bright spot was the central location. The rain shower head was so calcified it didn’t work at all, and in the bathroom the shower wasn’t connected, causing water to spill onto the floor. The wardrobe’s side wall was torn out, so the hanging rod couldn’t be installed and I couldn’t hang my clothes. The safe wouldn’t open either, showing an error message, and despite me complaining and being promised it would be fixed, nothing happened during my week‑long stay. On every floor the hallway lights flickered. The plates at breakfast were dirty, as were the cutlery, and finding a clean fork or knife was a matter of luck. This hotel is not recommended!

I liked that Hotel Terra E Viene offered breakfast. The staff were rude and scammed us over Booking: I had booked two rooms for six people with a Genius reward, but at the front desk the lady told us we’d booked ordinary rooms with only two beds for each person because of a language barrier; we couldn’t explain it even when I showed my Booking screenshots. She called her boss, who rudely informed us that we had booked the same rooms, spending 10 days with kids on two beds and only two sheets, while the bathroom seats were broken, there was no iron, no toilet paper, and overall a mess at Waha Hotel.

The only thing worth mentioning is the location. The furniture, the loud air conditioning, and the noisy street lights were all problems.

The location was very good, close to the center. The rooms were clean, well‑maintained, and modern, with a fairly large size. Breakfast was standard, but the terrace offered a beautiful city view. There was no extra bed for a 10‑year‑old child, even though I had booked it on Booking. Parking was an issue, especially due to the holiday.
