“Lovely modern rooms near Wat Chaloem”

Great location between Chiang Mai and Chiang Rai, especially for seeing Wat Chaloem Phra Kiat (Floating Pagodas). You can see Wat Chaloem from the window of the guest room. The rooms are quite simple & basic, but comfortable, private, & clean. We really enjoyed the espresso (lattes) at the cafe on the property. We enjoyed the dinner recommendation by the hotel at a restaurant 2 km away by the post office (https://maps.app.goo.gl/uoJi4Yc7YW7XxGPE9?g_st=com.google.maps.preview.copy). Great place to stay for a night in the countryside. Beware the 3-4 cm high pedestal of the bed, as it sticks out below the mattress, and you can stub your toe on it. The mattress was too hard for our taste, but we slept well on it. Some moisture ants, but didn’t bother us

“It could be a fantastic place, but it needs more maintenance and care.”

The location was beautiful, with a very nice big window offering a view and a nice terrace. The interior was worn down and the bathroom was very stinky.

The view was beautiful from the room, located close to a 7‑11. The bed had a protruding edge that I often stepped on, hurting my toes, and the bathroom was directly above the bed, which I didn’t like.

I loved the resort for its big window with stunning mountain and sunset views—so classy. The bed was decent, but overall, it was a sweet stay. The karaoke bar across the street was the real magic, vibing with locals and soaking up their energy! The room got uncomfortably hot even with the AC, and the ants were a nuisance—randomly crawling on me one at a time while I was lying on the bed.

“Idyllic little place in the countryside”

This lovely property is situated on a farm in the village with views of the fields and mountains on both sides (and the Sky Temple on one side)The room was comfortable and clean (except for some ants who had found their way into the mini fridge but were promptly dealt with by the staff the minute I reported it). I absolutely loved the coffee shop at the end of the lane on the property! We also enjoyed the little balcony where our small group spent the evening. Our only issue was finding a place that was open in the village to have a late lunch on a However, there is a 7-11 just across the road from the property- always a good fallback in Thailand!
