Good location. Adequate hospitality. Breakfast was adequate. The lock’s finish was loose when I turned the key in the door. The shower is electric and needs a low water flow to heat properly, in my opinion, adequately. The bathroom light is white—yellow lights tend to create more comfort.

The staff service, room cleanliness, and breakfast are strong points. I felt a lack of security due to the room access configuration with glass doors.

The place is smack‑in‑the‑middle of Campeche, right near beach entrances and great restaurants. The breakfast, though, was a bit of a snooze—no self‑serve and the same bland spread every day. The room smelled like damp mildew, probably because we stayed during a rainy spell that kept the humidity high. On one day the staff cleaned the room without asking, even though I had a “do not disturb” sign on the door.

This little spot is a treat. The breakfast is fantastic, and the coffee‑coworking area is a clever idea—Wi‑Fi, comfy seating, and you can eat right there. It’s in a quiet part of Campeche, perfect if you want peace. I’d definitely stay here again. The only gripe is the room’s ventilation, which could use a bit more airflow.

The café staff were super friendly and the location is close to the airport, which is handy. The downside? Lots of stairs everywhere and no ramp for wheeled luggage, so we had to do our own light‑up‑the‑room with phone batteries because the power was spotty. Also, our room didn’t have a shower head like the others.
