The staff were top‑notch—Noemi at the front desk and Sophie in the restaurant were especially helpful. My room was spacious, modern, and just gorgeous. The restaurant food blew me away. It’s a stone’s throw from a grocery store and a winter ski lift, and only a 12‑15 minute walk to the summer lift. We’d definitely come back. Minor gripe: no mini‑fridge and they charged us for tap water with dinner.

The hotel sits in a prime spot, just a two‑minute walk to the A3 lift and about ten minutes to the A1 lift, which you can use for summer mountain trips. The staff were incredibly welcoming, and my single room on the top floor was roomy and peaceful—no crowds, just the soft murmur of a stream. Breakfast was generous and delicious. The thermal spa is only a ten‑minute walk, so you don’t need a car. Everything was spot‑on; I’ll definitely return.

The staff were very friendly, the location was fantastic, and the breakfast was perfect. It’s a place where you can feel completely at ease. We were just passing through and only stayed one night, but it was a great experience.
