“Absolutely terrible!”

Absolutely nothing to like here. Didn’t even get the chance to go to the property as had cancelled🤦🏼‍♀️These scammers are not it hhh. Booked a night stay for 1 night, the owner had called me and cancelled and told me to request a refund online. When i had requested a refund, the refund was not being approved by the owner. Called so many times and put the phone down multiple times. When somebody did answer the phone, they answered very rudely and not professional what so ever!!! Also blocked my number and all other numbers i had used to try and contact her! Not happy at all! Scammers!! Don’t Trust this place! Dirty scammers! Went to the property also and had claimed that there is no bookings there and there are ‚renovations’ ! Scammers!!! Don’t trust this place!!

I was booked to a place in Gillingham, but an hour before arrival I was told the venue had changed; I was asked for a £30 refundable deposit and had to send it to their bank account before checkout. When I got there, I discovered my room was a single instead of the double I paid for, and the room ID matched a cheaper room than the one I originally booked. The kitchen was filthy, with old dishes, mould, and everything packed into the oven, making it unusable; there was even no bin in the kitchen. The bathroom needed a deep clean; the shower head was blocked and I had to clean it myself to get a shower. I tried calling, texting, and contacting the owners, but they ignored me and I never received a refund. DO NOT BOOK HERE OR THEIR PROPERTY IN CHATHAM AT ALL COSTS. The owners of both properties are scum; I will get my money back somehow, even if it’s just £30 – it’s the principle. Robbing disgusting pond scum!

Booking Number: 6441442291 and 5603691692) Greetings I already submitted a formal complaint regarding these two attached confirmed bookings made . My first booking was cancelled due to a reported leak, but I was not informed until I had already travelled to the hotel and had to chase for an update on the morning of the day,. I then made a second booking , only to discover that this property was also unavailable and completely empty when I arrived there I called to and was told there was issues at the accommodation. As a result, I was left without accommodation and had to walk around trying to find somewhere to stay. Eventually I booked another hotel in person, which cost me an additional £43. Although my direct financial loss was £43, the disruption, uncertainty and stress caused by two confirmed bookings not being honoured was significant. I lost a considerable amount of time and was left in an extremely difficult situation through no fault of my own. I am requesting: A full refund for both booking(s) that could not be honoured. Reimbursement of my additional £43 accommodation cost. Appropriate compensation for the significant inconvenience, disruption and distress caused by these repeated booking failures. I booked a night here, showed up, and they told me they had overbooked and I couldn’t get a room, but they never cancelled the booking so I never received a refund and they have ignored all my messages requesting one.

“Very disappointing, I want my money back!”

I didn’t stay at this property because the owner contacted me before check‑in and told me to cancel due to electrical issues at the accommodation. I have proof of that contact and instruction to cancel. After that I requested a refund and have been trying to resolve the matter with both the owner and the property for nearly two weeks, but I still haven’t received a refund. I am still seeking a full refund for this cancelled booking, as I didn’t stay and the cancellation was prompted by issues communicated to me by the owner. The most frustrating part is the lack of communication and accountability; the owner stopped answering my calls and has not offered an effective resolution. As a customer, I expected support and a fair refund process when a booking could not go ahead because of problems at the property. Based on my experience, the handling of this situation was extremely poor and I would urge others to consider the level of customer support available if problems arise with their booking. I have attached a photo of the voicemail left by the property.
