I adored the room, the amenities, and the hotel’s design—it’s truly beautiful. Parking was close, even in the garage. The staff were helpful, quick, and friendly. My company and I appreciated the small grocery area. The outdoor smoking section was the best I’ve seen at any hotel—quiet, secluded yet close to the entrance, with clean chairs and great ambience, so I spent most of my stay there. I only managed to visit the bar, which looked cozy and inviting, and I wish we had time for the pool. The only downside was the lack of a full‑body mirror in the hallway or room area; the single pretty one in the bathroom was too small for me and my company to use while we were getting ready together.

Check‑in was fine, but the air conditioning was extremely loud whenever it cycled on and off—like a motorbike starting and then a loud clunk when it stopped—making it hard to sleep.

The staff were friendly, yet the room key didn’t work for parking, we had to ask the server for breakfast both days, the bed was stiff, the pillows flat, and the room felt too small for the price.

Location, bed was comfortable, cookies at front desk was an added touch, we asked for a later checkout at noon which they were willing to change. The staff. At the front desk Sunday the woman who did my checkout did not offer me a copy of the bill for review. So I asked her for a copy of the bill and she said she had already closed the screen so I had to tell her I want a copy to review anyway. It was then she pulled up and printed me a copy. In the dining room at breakfast on Sunday I asked the waiter if he would make me an omelet and the guy said ‘no’. A few minutes later I saw another diner with an omelet When we were ready to leave our room 1124, I called the concierge to ask if they could bring up a trolly because we had a lot of items. The guy’s answer was “We don’t have the staff to bring up a luggage trolley but you can come down and get one yourself. When we got down to the lobby, it was practically empty and there were 3 bellmen in the front standing around. In all three cases your staff was just lazy about taking an extra step to give us quality service
