Nothing positive except the front desk staff. Everything else was terrible; for a hotel with the grand palace name, it was one of the worst I’ve ever stayed in.

The location is near SM Mall and the breakfast selection is varied. The facilities are old and there has been no elevator for months.

The room was spacious and clean. There were freebies. Breakfast offered a variety of food. What I didn't like was that the price posted online was 4500+tax is 5100 but there was an additional 900 for the child. In the system it was clear that 3 persons can stay in a room. Another thing is the elevator, hopefully it can be fixed already. I was staying there with a son who is a PWD. My husband has to carry my son up and down.
