“You didn't get any assistance back from what I asked for it was not a great state”

I liked the price and no deposit, but when I asked about rooms with cockroaches, the place was dirty, I never got a response, no refund, and it was horrible—I ended up sleeping in my car because I couldn't stand it.

“Roaches in motel”

Friendly staff, convenient location, quiet and calm. We got there around 230pm was able to check in and got to our room. We saw bugs in the bathroom 4 hours later. We could not change locations because of costs. I have a 7 week old baby. We continued to see little bugs in the bathroom. Wasn't sure what they were, but the looked like roaches. We informed staff, then when we left for the day on Saturday, we could not find a do not disturb sign. Someone came into our room made the bed, took out the trash and replace items that were used. We did not need any off that, yet still couldn't find a do not disturb sign and when asked about it, staff stated none available. That night when we got back we still continued seeing bugs after a couple hours of being back. We decided to back up and hit the road earlier that planned. As we were packing up there was two roaches on the bed triple the size of the ones in the bathroom. We will not be returning to this location

There was mold in the showers, and the staff behaved like a ditch 99 % of the time.
