We felt at home. The staff were very helpful. Right upon arrival, Dona Branca gave us all the tips for tours and restaurants in the city. Simone prepared our last morning coffee before the scheduled time so we could travel well‑fed. We thank the entire team of female staff at the inn.

The staff were very polite, the breakfast was great, service was excellent, and the location was pleasant. Because of high demand, I think they either didn’t clean properly or forgot to clean our rooms; the bedding was dirty and the bathrooms were poorly washed. However, the hotel staff quickly swapped and cleaned everything once we pointed it out, just a single issue to note.

The staff are super welcoming and polite, always ready to help guests. The place is always well maintained and clean. I recommend it with closed eyes… and it will be my go‑to spot for future stays.
