The rooms were spotless, which was a big plus. The staff were super helpful, always ready to lend a hand. However, the pool area was a letdown - it was in a bad state of repair and there wasn't even a decent spot to sit and relax.

The restaurant was spacious and the breakfast menu was pretty varied, which was great. Plus, the location was super convenient. But, I was really hoping the water park would be fully functional, which unfortunately wasn't the case.

The hotel is situated roughly halfway between Jakarta and Bandung, which was a big plus for us. However, the location is a bit isolated, and there were some issues with cleanliness, particularly with the breakfast spread.
