The hotel’s location is decent, and compared to other two‑star hotels I’m still satisfied; the restaurant on the first floor serves tasty dishes. Some facilities need replacement, such as a loose bedside lamp and a toilet seat that won’t close properly.

Everything was really good. The staff was very nice and even upgraded my room to a better one. The breakfast was good too.

The manager’s approach to our small problem was brave and resolved it well. Nothing else.

The staff were very polite and helpful, the room was very clean, spacious, and had a beautiful mountain view. The location was excellent and the breakfast was tasty. The only downside was an uncomfortable (hard) pillow.
