I wouldn’t recommend this place. The staff were rude and unhelpful, with the only smile I saw coming from a woman taking my payment. I arrived at 8 pm after a long day, only to be told the kitchen was closed; it’s a restaurant‑pub, but there was no sandwich offered. On a Saturday night there were four groups and blasting music, and the dogs were let out—just no more. The room was lavishly decorated but seemed cheaply done and probably not cleaned; the shower had low pressure, temperature was hard to adjust, and mold was present in the bathroom. It was hot and I couldn’t open the windows because the room overlooked the main drinking area, yet I could hear loud music and chatter even when the place wasn’t busy. The plumbing produced awful banging sounds, and there was no soundproofing—every noise from other rooms and the shared bathroom was audible. The curtains were thin and didn’t cover the window. It seemed the manager or owner didn’t know what they were doing. The pizza area was closed, and the pub, amusement park, and function venue were all exposed next to the entrance. Coffee at breakfast was poor, though that was the only good thing. I booked three nights but left after one because of the plumbing noise and the unwelcoming atmosphere that made me feel like an inconvenience. No refund was offered, and the staff only smiled when taking my money.
