It's just a normal backpackers hotel or motel, I would say, and don’t expect it to be a class hotel—it's more like a one‑stop place for a cheap price.

The place is great, but we had to ask the staff for a hot‑water shower and there were no toilet amenities.

I was given a dirty room that was barely acceptable, then the front desk asked me to move to another room because they made a mistake. The second room was identical but had blood stains and hand marks on every wall and the bedrail (see photos). They offered me a new room, but it would cost more. I left the hotel without sleeping there.

The price is cheap and the location is good, close to BNI City train station. However, the accommodation is not very clean and looks very old in every way. There are stains on the bed and walls, the AC is not great, and the blinds for the window cannot be opened.
