“Leisure trip to Brighton for a few nights with a friend”
The location was good and the rooms were comfortable with modern bathrooms; the staff were helpful and friendly, and we enjoyed a nice breakfast at the sister hotel on the street, paying extra for it. However, there were no lifts and the stairs to the second floor were narrow; we had two entrances and, though we booked two rooms, we ended up on opposite sides of the hotel with separate doors, so we would have preferred rooms closer together. There was no bar or drink facilities at our hotel, so we had to eat breakfast at the other hotel.
A room that was huge and spotless, right next to the sea, with a decent breakfast and staff that were super helpful—nothing to complain about.

The rooms were lovely with comfy beds in a beautiful spot right by the sea; the staff were friendly and helpful, especially Maria; breakfast was solid with great veggie sausages.

Been and stayed at Sea Spray few time over many years. Its in a great position right by the main road by the beach. Clean and Tidy. Great Breakfast at its Sister Hotel The Charm 4 doors on the main street. Good value for money. I would remove the words Luxury and Boutique though. My idea of luxury is The Grand on the main Seafront, not a normal street next to a park where homeless people where drinking.just saying. The Furniture in my room was far from luxury. Great bed and linen and bathroom was clean
