The staff were incredibly friendly, the location was spot on, breakfast was solid, and the mattress and pillows were truly exceptional. I do think the hotel should be more environmentally conscious; there's no need to hand out towels and robes in plastic bags—just leave them out and that’s it! All else was fine.

The rooms were tidy, the staff helpful and friendly, the beds and pillows were good, and the location is convenient with shops and eateries everywhere.

Breakfast was amazing and the beds were super comfy. Unfortunately, our rooms weren't ready when we got there, so we had to wait a long time, and talking to the staff was a hassle.

The place is in an unbeatable spot—every main business area is a walk away, and the subway station is just around the corner, giving quick access to all of Suzhou’s sights and the high‑speed train hubs. Breakfast is excellent with plenty of healthy options, and you can do your own laundry thanks to the washer, dryer, and cleaning supplies the hotel supplies with clear instructions. Highly recommend it.
