“Convenient Location”

The hotel was convenient for visiting friends, and every staff member was pleasant and friendly. My room was spacious with comfortable beds, and there was plenty of parking. Breakfast, which costs extra, was excellent with many options. The décor feels a bit dated, and the rooms lack soundproofing, so noise travels. It’s unfortunate that some guests ignore requests to keep quiet in the corridors. A major safety concern is the shower over the bathtub without grab rails, which could be very dangerous.

The town is very close, and I had a reasonably priced meal at a steak restaurant. Nothing else to dislike.

The location was fine. The TV was broken, there was no air‑conditioning or fan, and the front desk staff spent a long time on a phone call about pencils before finally speaking to us, causing a noticeable wait.

“Definitely wouldn’t stay there again”

The television was broken, and I left a pricey pair of glasses on the side table, forgot to collect them, and when I checked my suitcase and car, they were missing. The cleaner was told they weren’t there, but I remembered where I left them and was denied re‑entry to the room. On 6/30 at 6‑30 am, the beer delivery driver was banging kegs under our room.

“Was okay for the money”

Located on Canvey only hotel on it so it has the monopoly but quite nice. Rooms are basic but clean and tidy
