I liked the location, but the bed felt very hard.

It’s well situated, two blocks from Avenida Paulista, in a foodie hotspot with plenty of cafés and restaurants. Reception was excellent: João was friendly, attentive and pleasant, and everyone else was kind and cared about our comfort. The room had both heating and cooling; on those cooler days the heat made the room pleasantly warm. The only downside was that the room wasn’t cleaned, so the trash cans filled up as we drank a lot of water.

The place sits just two blocks from Av. Paulista in the Jardins, surrounded by restaurants, bars and shops. The bed was comfortable and the room view was pretty nice. Breakfast was tasty, with options like pão na chapa and tapioca. The bathroom felt a bit cramped and one side of the bed lacked a nightstand. The hotel is pretty busy, but given the location and price it’s understandable.

The bed was comfy, the shower was good, and the staff were extremely kind. Breakfast offered a variety of fruits, and the pastries and sweets were okay. The on‑demand omelet and tapioca options were good. A bigger selection of teas would have been nice; only the basic popular brand was available, and there was no granola. One of the two elevators broke down for a week, which made peak‑time schedules a bit tricky.

The location and the staff’s attentiveness were great, and breakfast deserved praise. I stayed on a lower floor and at night there was a lot of noise from traffic and people chatting on the sidewalk.
