The location and all needs were met. Some simple food from the restaurant would have been nice.

The property sits deep in greenery, and the staff were incredibly professional. The spa featured both indoor and outdoor pools, three saunas, and relaxing areas. My room was spacious and fully equipped. We also dined at the Aroma restaurant for dinner, and everything was excellent!

“2 stars hotel in a nice property!”

The night‑shift reception team were friendly, but the room had flies and insects, a loud AC that kept me awake, and an unpleasant odor—probably from above the kitchen. The buffet service felt rushed, as if they were charging us for our stay, and the beds were nowhere near luxury‑hotel quality.

“Esperienza ottima”

This place is very chic and meticulously maintained. The staff were extremely kind and helpful throughout. Cleaning was flawless. I usually stay alert, avoid the toilet, and don’t sleep without clothes to prevent touching the sheets, but this was my first truly positive experience—no bad stays before, but I felt at home here. The spa was outstanding, and the food was simply amazing! For the first time I tasted gourmet cuisine and discovered flavors I’d never known. Thank you for everything! The only downside is that the entrance area needs more care: the sofa cushions were always torn and stained, giving a somewhat abandoned feel. Even the leather loungers in the spa had cracks or water stains from limescale.

“Aparte il fatto dell letto era tutto aposto”

The breakfast was fantastic, and the view was wonderful. We booked a room with a double bed, but after a four‑hour trip we found a room with two separate beds—definitely not a professional arrangement.
