It was the worst hotel experience of my life. The receptionist treated me and my one‑year‑old child in an absolutely unacceptable manner. The breakfast was a joke. There was no air conditioning in a “luxury” hotel. The walls were paper‑thin, and we couldn’t sleep for four days. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!

A great central spot, the hotel has its own restaurant and plenty of other places within walking distance, and you can park motorcycles right in front of the entrance. The modern hotel offers a large, comfortable room that I absolutely recommend. The only downside was the young receptionist who only spoke Italian and barely any English.

The breakfast was varied and high quality, with options for eggs, crepes, or pancakes. The spa was beautiful, though a bit pricey since it’s only for two people at a time. There were some technical glitches, but the staff swapped our room for us. We had the option of half board (which we didn’t choose) and it surprised me that the breakfast room didn’t display the dinner menu to tempt guests into ordering it.

What a stunning property! The rooms are comfortable, the spa area is lovely, and the staff is excellent—top notch! The breakfast is superb and caters to every taste. We also dined right after arrival and were very pleased. It’s perfect for a romantic weekend or a family holiday, and I highly recommend it. Thank you so much!
