It was close to the city center and had parking. The water pressure was weak, so a proper shower was impossible. The floor creaked, and the fridge was so loud that sleeping was difficult.

Breakfast was very tasty, varied, nicely presented, and the staff were very helpful. The beds were already quite worn.

The location is great and the parking is free, but the bathroom lacks ventilation, there are trash cans by the room door, a broken shower handle, a loose and falling toilet seat, creaky floors, and no visible sign of extra hotel services.

The location was close to every spot we wanted to visit, with a bus stop just a 6‑minute walk away. The buffet offered a different breakfast each day, two hot meals, and a wide variety so everyone could find something they liked. The rooms had comfortable beds, nice views from the windows, were spotless, well‑maintained, and even had a small surprise on the pillows. Communication with the staff was smooth; they were helpful and chatty. On the day we booked a 7:45 excursion to Saxony, we missed breakfast, so we asked for a few sandwiches or rolls, and the owner brought a full basket of groceries wishing us a successful trip, for which we were very grateful. The villa’s surroundings featured two free parking lots—one belonging to the villa, the other city‑owned—so we found a spot without needing a reservation. The property also had a playground, a fire pit area, a grill, a small gym, and a sauna. I was there with my family and highly recommend this place.
