The staff was friendly, one Omani who took us for room inspection before we checked in he was good, the Indian receptionist ( a lady) she was also helpful lastly Roy or maybe l mistaken his name but it's a 3 letter name, he was very helpful on the fo team, (mentioned nationalities because l didn't catch their names). I ddnt like the slide door of the bathroom, it was difficult to get into the shower

The place was quiet and clean, but first, the price shown at booking didn’t match the amount charged at payment, which isn’t transparent, and second, I booked two rooms for two couples and four children; the room only had two beds and when I asked for extra cots or a mattress for the other two kids they refused or demanded an additional fee, forcing me to buy a mattress for the kids – a clear sign of non‑transparency and unfairness.
The property is good.
The location and facilities are fine, but the wifi is absolutely terrible.
