The location is very close to the sea and the neighborhood is very welcoming. Breakfast, bar, and staff are all perfect. The sewer smell coming from the bathroom drains, sink, and bidet was awful. The electrical outlets (especially the one near the bathroom mirror) were not securely attached; exposed wires made it very dangerous. It’s a pity because the view itself wasn’t bad.

The building where this apartment is located is a few meters from the sea. The room is not welcoming, dirty, and has insects that I cannot describe.

Overall the stay went well; we really liked the breakfast at the bar with croissants and coffee/cappuccino. The rooms are clean and have a fridge (essential for us because we came from Lombardy with food to bring us to Calabria). Parking under the building is convenient. A big plus: the property accepts dogs for a very low fee, which is essential for me. The building feels a bit dated and the corridors leading to the room entrances are not very clean, but I think that’s the responsibility of all the other residents, not just the host.
