At first glance the owner seemed a bit gruff, but she's actually a great person. The place is quiet, which is nice. The only downside was a musty smell that lingered.

The location is decent, but the host was a real pain. I needed a blanket, there was none in the room, so I asked at reception. She said, “You want a blanket!!!” and then just turned away saying, “You'll understand….” She didn’t seem to care about helping. The nearest beach had nothing to do with it. It’s fine if you want to be alone, listen to the waves and relax, but there’s nothing to buy, eat, drink or have fun.

The place is simple roots, full of nature and super tranquil. It’s close to the best beaches in Guarapari and Brava Beach Club. Parking isn’t guaranteed; the booking shows a parking request option, but the host doesn’t get the notification. She says you need to contact them to see if there’s a spot. I was able to leave my car on the front street without any problems.
