The Sinkiat Thani offered a large room with an equally large bathroom that had hot and cold water; many people criticize this hotel, but we found it very comfortable and everything worked as it should. I would recommend it for its great value. My only gripe was that breakfast was missing even though the price included it; the staff said they had no cook. Still, we found a great number of very good calenderias very close by that were very inexpensive.

It’s near the night market and a restaurant with good and delicious food. Please change the mattress to a new one; the spring almost came out.

Not much other than handy location. Cheap. The whole hotel had no hot water. The fridge was warm and smelt and had water sitting in it, on first attempt the attendant couldnt open my room with the key. Had to go back to reception for another key. Worked on 2nd attempt. Ants everwhere. Bedside wood veener cabinet the veener was peeling off. Stuck down with clear cellophane tape. When the toilet was flush water would come out of the tap at the sink. When you had a cold shower the tap at the sink would fill the sink to overflowing out the overflow hole??? No idea how this could happen. Night attendant spoke zero English. Had to communicate by voice to phone and read the text translation

The staff were very accommodating, and for the price, I found the hotel to be reasonably clean and well-maintained.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, with a clean and quiet environment, and a great view of the mountains and palm trees. However, the old plumbing was a major issue, with water leaking from all the faucets, and it's been a while since it was last replaced. The shower was also awkwardly installed in the wall.
