“Comfort, friendliness and as described”
The bed was comfy and warm as promised, but the place feels a bit out of the way—though that hardly matters if you’re driving. I rode in on a bike, yet the location still works well for me.

She let us use the laundry even though we were only staying one night and were just cyclists with a few clothes in our panniers, which was very kind of her. The house sits far from town on a hill. I had a flat tire on the way there and was relieved to have fixed it after dark; the cheap price was mainly because of the laundry, since we’d been riding in the rain for days and needed clean, dry clothes.

The spot was good for getting to our night out, but breakfast wasn’t included in our booking. Nothing else to mention.

The room was a private one with a full bathroom, the setup was simple but adequate. I could park right next to the room, which made unloading my stuff easier. On a nice day I cooked and ate breakfast in the garden. The host was very friendly and welcomed me that evening. The downside was that there were cords on the floor from a power strip that could be tripped over.
