“Receptionist was helpful and professional. I will stay here again.”
The location and value in Ubud were unbeatable. Walking to Monkey Forest Road, where the restaurants and best live music are, was easy.
It’s so stunning you feel like you live inside a temple! It is really, really central and the hotel sits on a pedestrian market street, so reaching it by bike is difficult and a car is impossible if you have heavy luggage; it’s maybe not ideal. Because of the centre, traffic is always present.
Just the location of the hotel was fine, nothing else.
Our stay at Saniya House Ubud was unfortunately disappointing, mainly because of the cleanliness and facilities. When we checked in, the room was not properly clean, and the bathroom was also quite dirty. There was no Muslim shower/hand bidet in the bathroom, and hot water was not available. We stayed for three days, but the room was not cleaned even once during our stay. The breakfast was also not very good, and at one time we could order only one food item. However, I would like to mention that the staff were friendly and their attitude was good. The main issues were cleanliness, room service, bathroom facilities, and breakfast. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves these areas for future guests. “Happy stay at Sanias”
The place is in a great spot, the room was spotless and we loved the décor, but there were a lot of stairs, so the staff helped us with our bags.
